The Indiana Fever, led by Caitlin Clark, made their first postseason berth since 2016 after a strong finish to the 2024 WNBA season. But after losing to the Connecticut Sun in two games, they were eliminated in the postseason. After just two years with the team, the Fever fired head coach Christie Sides a few weeks after the season concluded. Ironically, Sides’ time in Indianapolis came to an end when they replaced her position with Stephanie White, the 2023 WNBA Coach of the Year and former Sun coach. White and Clark have finally taken to the court together more than a month later. Indiana shared a video on X showing the former Iowa Hawkeyes standout working on several aspects of
her game while White watched. Before moving on to set plays and floaters, Clark begins by improving her handles. The movie then cuts to White teaching Clark some techniques on the court in the rear, giving viewers a taste of the future. Fans of the WNBA expressed their admiration for Clark’s first exercise with her new head coach on social media, with many speculating that she would soon have an MVP season. “MVP SEASON,” exclaimed a fan. “BOOK IT.” There was also “2025 MVP loading,” added. According to a third, “The league is not ready for Caitlin Clark 3.0,” “MVP is hers to lose!” “She still has up to 4 more months of this before the next season begins,” a fourth person added. “The MVP charge will be
very bright. I’m here for everything. A fifth person said, “She’s going for that MVP season,” The score for “MVP SEASON,” was sixth. Caitlin Clark, guard with the Indiana Fever. The league should undoubtedly be worried about the youthful Fever team if she might learn new skills from a coach like White.
